In October 2026 Brookside students will participate in the school’s annual Move-a-thon. Students move (run/walk/roll/etc.) around the field to encourage movement and also help raise much-needed funds for the PTA.
Many of the programs that make Brookside unique depend on the support of the Brookside PTA. You can help by getting pledges for your kids to get moving! And don't forget to also reach out to family & friends to help us reach our goal!
The money raised will help fund all the PTA does for Brookside students, their families and staff, including enrichment classes, scholarships, 5th grade camp, classroom supplies, field trips, grants to teachers and much more!
Our Ways & Means Chairs partner with the 5th Grade Camp Annual Fundraising Committee each year to provide a grant to lower student costs for the trip. The Camp Orkila team also does several fundraising initiatives in addition to the annual PTA grant.
We’re fundraising with See’s Candies through the end of the year!
Our virtual candy store is now open at
Brookside Elementary PTA | See's Candies Yum-Raising
A portion of every purchase of See’s boxed chocolates, candy bars and more from our storefront goes to The Brookside Elementary PTA. Enjoy sweet treats while supporting a great cause!
