The WORKS
The WORKS clothing room provides high quality, clean, gently used children’s and teen clothing to Shoreline School District families experiencing circumstances that make it challenging to clothe their children for school.  theworks

Hours & Location
The WORKS is open to Shoreline School District families Wednesday evenings during the school year from 6:30-8:00 PM.  Identification is required and can be a Washington State Drivers License or ID or Shoreline School ID.  The WORKS clothing room is located in the north portable at North City Elementary, 810 NE 190th Street, Shoreline.

Current Needs - Coats & Gloves

Cold weather has arrived and so has the need for warm coats, hats & gloves.   Special need forTeen winter coats.  The WORKS is also collecting rain coats, boots and boys jeans in small sizes.

New Donation Policy Change:

The District will no longer pick up donations for The WORKS.  The following is a list of options to get clothing to The WORKS:

1.) Deliver clothing directly to The WORKS on Wednesday nights from 5:30-8:00pm.  A map to The WORKS is available on the PTA Council Website http://www.shorelinepta.com/PTA/TheWORKS.html.  Large donations can be done by arrangement by contacting Jenny Brown, The WORKS Chair, brownjen@verizon.net, 206 546 9239.

2.) Drop off clothing at our two new location drop off's
      West Side: Lori Woodfield, 526 NW 203rd Street
      East Side: Lisa Sharratt, 2524 NE 145th Street

3.) Coordinate with school nurse if arrangements can be made to have Family Chair deliver the clothing directly to The WORKS for you.
